Same thing, but edited with text styling, positioning, grouped the layers [gods I love layer groups in Photoshop] and tried some fader gradients on the inner borders of the boxes and the page border but didn't like the same effect on the box borders themselves for some reason.

Need to shrink the height of the server and expand the new content area [the upper and middling boxes on the left] so the gap aligns with the right [though this can be done during implementation as a minor fix to be honest, and I don't have time to fix it right now] and make a logo for my brand, Kogwerks [Games] to go under Riot [Games]'s logo in the bottom right.

It's not perfect and I'm betting a professional artist could do a better job than I have cus I'm a systems designer and not a professional artist, but it's still better than the official client and that's what counts in my mind.

Click EU[W] to cycle through servers, click play to start the patcher which switches to username and login if there's nothing new to download, enter said username and password, then the entire page fades over to the tabular account lobby which serves as the primary UI's overlay menu, which functions something like this:
